The Compact Recirculation Low Extract Duty system removes contaminated grease laden air and cooking odours from the cooking process.
The unit allows the grease to be filtered effectively before introducing the air back into the kitchen area.

With regular maintenance and a strict cleaning schedule the system will effictively remove odours.
We recommend that the grease filter should be cleaned on a daily basis, to keep things working optimally.

Each unit is capable of dealing with an air volume of 800m3/hour @ 300Pa
The unit can be configured to operate in a variety of configurations.
